On Monday, April 8, 2024, the Flager County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners, the Flagler County School Board, and the City of Bunnell, filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against them by Public Service Premier Consulting CEO Eric Josey on March 6. Installation is set to begin on Monday, April 22, 2024, and will continue through Thursday, May 9, 2024. Project Contractor, Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc., will be applying high-performance micro surfacing on the roadways. Flagler County will be closing the Shell Bluff Boat Ramp, located at the terminus of County Road 67 and Cresent Lake, for repairs beginning on Monday, December 4. “The closure will begin at 5 a.m. on Monday for repairs that are expected to take one week,” said General Services Director Mike Dickson. “We anticipate reopening the boat ramp by 7 a.m. Monday, December 11.” The official address of Shell Bluff Park is 14331 W.
