City Offices will be closed on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. This includes City Parks; no parks will be open on August 30th.  Essential operations will be staffed, but no offices will be open. City Solid Waste service is suspended for Wednesday, August 30th. There will be no residential recycling or commercial solid waste service. Flagler Sheriff officially annouced the launch of its newest public safety initiative; a " Real Time Crime Center in the Cloud". This is a platform that will have a camera registry, an online portal for citizens to register their security cameras, which will help solve crimes.  The Sheriff hopes residents will register their systems so we can help create a community wide public safety ecosystem. February 23rd, the FCSO's District 2 deputies initiated a traffic stop in the area of Walnut Av3e, and Beech Boulevard, in the Mondex of Bunnell. The initiated contact with ta man and woman in a vehicle who were eventually identified as Anthony Pezza and Tiffany Chapman. After being told to exit the vehicle both Pezza and Chapman were asked if they had any narcotics in their possession, they denied having any. The deputies conducted a search of the vehicle based on probable cause, and found various drugs, and paraphernalia that included bags, scales and prescription bottles without labels. It was…
