March 30, 2023 – An impending graduation is a time to celebrate hard work and good grades. To help make the good times even better, the Flagler County Public Library is offering to take free portraits of graduating seniors during the month of April and May at the main, Palm Coast facility. March 27, 2023 – Flagler County has been meeting with municipalities as part of an economic development initiative to create a single, unified plan aimed at diversifying the tax base for the benefit of all its residents. FCSO gets a new four-legged deputy and he is currently without a name. After the passing of K-9 Keanu, in February of this year, FCSO located a K-9 candidate who ended up being the perfect fit for Deputy Robin Towns. FCSO is currently asking the public to assist with name the four-legged deputy. He is a Belgian Malinois/German Shephard, who is 2 years old, from Hungary. Last night, Krewe of the 13 held their annual Casino Night fundraiser. Upon checking in, guests were able to browse the hallway which was lined with large amounts of items up for bid on the silent auction.  Guests saw all kinds of attire as they trickled in the doors. Reckless Driver Flees, Crashes in Volusia after Driving On Rims

March 23rd, a woman in a Ford Mustang fled a traffic stop. The driver fled at such a high rate of speed that deputies were not able to deploy stop sticks before the vehicle got onto I-95. Deputy Quintieri saw the vehicle exit the freeway, and attempted to stop it but the vehicle fled at speeds over 100 mph. Deputy Stanford and Bunnell PD Officer Kilpatrick were able to successfully deploy their stop sticks near the Flagler County Courthouse. A property owner and the FCSO were able to permanently trespass eight illegal occupants of a Palm Coast drug house.  They were issued their trespass warnings on 3/21/2023, and are never allowed to anywhere on or near the property of 30 Black Hawk place again. All eight of the trespassed occupants all have extensive criminal histories in Flagler County, and those histories include narcotics crimes as well as violent crimes.
