Free Skywarn Storm Spotter class February 13, pre-registration required
February 1, 2023 – Flagler County Emergency Management and the National Weather Service will host a free Skywarn Storm Spotter webinar class at 6 p.m. on Monday, February 13, at the county’s Emergency Services Building. It will serve as the kickoff to Florida Severe Weather Awareness Week, which runs through February 17. Kip Bricker, meteorologist with the National Weather Service, will teach the class.
