Saturday September 9th, 2023, the NLA Booster Club held their first annual fundraiser to help their student athletes cover the cost of training and competitions.  The NLA Booster Club is a Florida Domestic Non-profit based out of Ormond Beach. The event started at 3pm, and ran until 8pm. Food vendors, bounce houses and other vendors were also present to help support the students while serving the event attendees. Children of all ages were presented with certificates and trophies for completing their summer camp classes. Vincent's Clubhouse Summer camp is a camp geared towards children with Autism and other special needs. This is the only summer camp in Flagler County for children with special needs and disabilities. The FCSO was able to arrest a man from Palm Coast who was attempting to break into cars in the F-Section on early Friday morning. Paul Krusher, 51, was caught by the FCSO in less than 30 minutes because a neighbor reported him for attempting to open car doors. A resident reported a person in the area of Forest Lane at 3:18am trying to enter cars.
