Flagler County Emergency Management received word on Wednesday (September 27) that it has earned its accreditation through the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) along with a dozen other agencies across the country. Dee Deegan's neighbor took Stella in. However, the apartment complex where Dee and her neighbor lived was posted for sale. The sale closed 2 weeks after being placed on the market.
