Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) deputies made 19 arrests this weekend between 6am on April 14, 2023, and 6am on April 17, 2023. Over the weekend, deputies handled 883 calls for service and made 169 traffic stops.
“Several poison peddlers went to the Green Roof Inn this weekend thanks to the hard work of FCSO deputies,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “Deputies, firefighters, and citizens also heroically rescued a driver who crashed into a retention pond on Sunday and was trapped in his sinking car upside down. Traffic Stop Yields Arrest of Two with Drugs
On Friday, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Lancewood Street and Walnut Avenue. The occupants of the vehicle, Lisa Caldwell and Joseph Forbes, were found to be in possession of various narcotics including hydrocodone, methamphetamine, and marijuana.
Caldwell was placed under arrest on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Hydrocodone with Intent to Sell/Manufacture/Deliver, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later released after posting $8,500 bond. Forbes is being held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held on $5,500 bond.
Traffic Stop Yields Arrest of Poison Peddler
On Saturday, Deputy Wilkinson conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area on North Oceanshore Boulevard. The driver, Caleb Tucker, was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Upon a search of Tucker’s person, various narcotics were located including meth, fentanyl, marijuana and Suboxone.
Tucker was arrested and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on charges of Driving With License Suspended, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell/Manufacture/Deliver, Possession of Opium or Derivative with Intent to Sell/Manufacture/Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell/Manufacture/Deliver, Possession of Suboxone, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held on $32,000 bond.
