A single-car crash has resulted in the death of a 40-year-old Ormond Beach man. The crash occurred at the roundabout at U.S. 1 and Old Dixie Highway around 1:45 a.m. on September 14.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man was driving northbound on US1 when he “failed to negotiate the roundabout” for and lost control of the car. The car traveled through the roundabout, overturning multiple times before striking a tree.
