Earl Presley was just inducted as the DAV 86 Chaplain. Presley is also the Lead Coordinator and Instructor for Guitars 4 Vets Palm Coast. Presley volunteered to take on this role as the former DAV Chaplain was just elected as the VFW's new commander. The DAV serves the Flagler County area. The chaplain position requires the veteran holding the position to be an ordained minister. Presley holds a Master's in Theological Studies from Brite Divinity School at TCU.
