The City of Bunnell is excited to announce we will be hosting an Italian Festival at the Flagler County Fairgrounds on October 19th & 20th, 2024.
The Italian Festival will be a weekend long event with both indoor & outdoor booths/activities. The City is planning a family festival for people to enjoy affordable, healthy, and wholesome fun.
We expect to attract local attendees and those from as far away as Gainesville, Jacksonville, Palatka, Ocala and Edgewater.
Admission to the Festival is FREE. Advertising and promotion of the event will be on-going throughout the year using a wide variety of means including posters, Facebook (the event is posted on the City of Bunnell Facebook page already), radio and other publications. The City is creating a website for this event: https://BunnellItalianFestival.com
The City is looking for a variety of vendors including food trucks/booths, family fun entertainment, cooking demonstrations, artisans, crafters, and more to fill the vendor areas.
To participate, please complete the one-page application and sign the Vendor Agreement. Then send all paperwork and corresponding fees to the City. Payments can be mailed in by check with your paperwork or made in person using cash, check or credit card. Completed paperwork should be emailed to events@bunnellcity.us but the space will not be reserved until payment is received.
Vendors please be aware of the following additional information:
• If you need electricity for your booth, please make sure to include the request on the application.
• Vendors: All vendors selling products/services will need to provide a copy of their Flagler County local business tax receipt, copy of insurance certificate if carried and any applicable State license with the registration form. Note: this event occurs in Fiscal Year 2024/2025 and as a result a copy of the FY24/25 Flagler County business tax receipt will need to be provided after October 1, 2024 to continue participation in the event.
• Food Vendors: all food vendors, including non-profits, may need to pass onsite DBPR Food Inspections from a DBPR Inspector. Failure to pass that inspection could prohibit participation in the event.
• Efforts will be made to limit similar types of food trucks/vendors.
• The City is not permitted to assume liability for vendors, their products or their actions through our insurance. A Special Event insurance policy is being obtained. If your business does not have general liability insurance coverage, you should opt into the additional policy being obtained.
All space reservations will be on a first come first served basis. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2024.
