FCSO has issued a statement alerting the community that they will be out in full force in an effort to keep our roadways safe, manage traffic, and target criminals and criminal activity. There will be DUI operations during the event.
“If you are participating in Bike Week this year, we want to make sure that you do so safely and use common sense,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “We will have zero tolerance for drinking and driving and aggressive driving. Our deputies will be out actively patrolling but we ask that everyone drive safely. Be vigilant and drive free from distractions to avoid any dangerous conditions. Remember, look twice and if you see something suspicious, report it to FCSO.”
If you see something, say something. You can report anything suspicious or aggressive driving, etc. to the FCSO at 386-313-4911.
