Darlene Shelley is the unofficial winner of a close race for Palm Coast City Council District Four. Here is what Shelley has to say to the community after learning she won the seat on the City Council.

“Tonight the voters of Palm Coast elected me to serve as your City Council Member for District 4.

I am truly honored and grateful for the trust you have placed in me. This campaign was built by neighbors who want responsible growth, stronger infrastructure, real budget transparency, and leadership that puts residents and our quality of life first. Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, and voter who stood with us.
I ran because Palm Coast deserves better. We need infrastructure that keeps pace with growth, smarter decisions on development, solutions for flooding and traffic, and fiscal responsibility that protects taxpayers. I will work every day to deliver those results.
The work to protect our neighborhoods, preserve what makes Palm Coast special, and put residents first starts now. I look forward to serving you.” – Darlene Shelley.
Darlene Shelly will be sworn in at the next City Council meeting which will be held November 17th, at 9 am.
