Flagler County Opens Its Doors: 32nd Annual Parade of Homes Showcases New Construction Across the Region
From under $275,000 to over $1.2 million, the 2026 Parade of Homes gives residents a rare chance to tour dozens of new properties across Flagler County — and see which builders took home top honors.
The Flagler Home Builders Association (FHBA) kicked off its 32nd annual Parade of Homes on April 11, 2026, with tours running through April 19. The event, which has been held every year since 1994, gives the public a chance to walk through new homes built by local and regional builders across Flagler County.
The Parade is a self-guided, scattered-site tour, meaning visitors travel from home to home on their own schedule. Homes are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Full details on each home, including floor plans, are available at FlaglerParadeofHomes.com, in the official printed Parade Magazine, and on the Flagler Parade of Homes app.
The FHBA has been serving the local building industry since 1984, providing business resources, networking, and community outreach to its builder members.
Showcase home and community
The featured Showcase Home for 2026 is “The Bay Breeze,” built by Hulbert Homes and located at 127 Coronado Road in Flagler Beach. The home is listed for sale and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,200 square feet of living space. Hulbert Homes has been building in Polk and Hillsborough Counties since 1997 and has recently expanded into Palm Coast, Flagler County, and Florida’s Space Coast.
The Showcase Community for this year’s event is Seminole Palms, which features pond views, new amenities, and five homes entered in the Parade.
Virtual, showroom, and remodel entries
In addition to physical home tours, the 2026 Parade includes virtual home entries, showroom displays, and virtual remodel showcases. Virtual home entries this year came from AR Homes (“The Bella Vista”), Christopher Alan Homes (“The St. Augustine”), ICI Homes (“The Egret VII”), Stoughton & Duran Custom Homes (“The Ocean Sol”), and Waterside Homes, which entered both “The Barn” and “The Retreat.”
In the showroom category, Builders First Source earned the Grand Award for Building Material, and Kirkpatrick Floors took the Grand Award for Flooring. In the virtual remodel division, 1621 Building & Remodeling won Grand Awards in both the Single Room and Full Home Under $300K categories, while Thomas Consulting & Construction claimed the Grand Award for Full Home Over $300K.
