Housing officials from across Flagler County are joining forces to host the annual Flagler-Palm Coast Housing Fair on Saturday, April 12, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE. The event is free and open to the public with no registration required.
The fair is a collaboration between the Mid Florida Housing Partnership, the City of Palm Coast, and Flagler County, and is held in conjunction with National Fair Housing Month.
What to Expect
The event typically draws more than 40 exhibitors and will feature financial workshops covering topics such as credit counseling and estate planning, information on financing home repairs and modifications, and exhibitors ranging from solar and wind retrofitting vendors and roof replacement specialists to lenders, home builders, and housing assistance providers.
New This Year: Community Conversation Session
A new addition to this year’s fair is a civic engagement session scheduled for noon titled “Community Conversation: The Future of Housing.” The in-person, focus-group style discussion will give attendees an opportunity to share their vision for the future of housing in Flagler County and Palm Coast. County Commissioner Kim Carney and Palm Coast City Council Member Charles Gambaro will attend to hear directly from residents. QR-code surveys will also be available to collect input from a wider audience. The feedback gathered is expected to help shape a 2027 Housing Policy Forum and may influence future housing policy decisions.
Flagler County Housing Manager Devrie Paradowski highlighted both the scale of the event and the importance of the new session. “This event typically draws more than 40 exhibitors,” Paradowski said. “This year’s Housing Fair will introduce a new opportunity for resident input during the noon session, ‘Community Conversation: The Future of Housing.’ County Commissioner Kim Carney and Palm Coast City Council Member Charles Gambaro will attend the discussion to hear directly from residents.”
Paradowski also spoke to the broader purpose of the event. “This is a great way to celebrate Fair Housing Month,” she said. “It’s important to know how fair housing laws support our community.”
