Wild Flower Salon held their open house today to welcome the public to their new salon. Owners Nikki and Barb had the salon decorated for the event complete with a red carpet for photos. Guests were welcomed inside by the owners and their families and a handful of vendors inside had booths for guests to browse.

When asked about the open house, and the new salon, owner Barb had this to say, “Oh my God, so excited. We have got so many new people just from Facebook, doing things on social media, we get so many new people.” Owner Nikki replied, ” I could cry talking about it.” Barb continued, “We are so excited, so me and Kim were together for 14 years, then Nikki came to another salon, and then we were like, let’s just do our own thing. And we did, thanks to her,” said Barb pointing at Nikki. Nikki said, ” Let’s just open our own. I had my own many years ago, but I never thought I would do it again, but that was in my home state of Kentucky. So then when we came here, I met my tribe, but the salon just wasn’t the right vibe. So I said let’s open our own and we can’t go wrong.” Barb replied, “We clicked like right away, as soon as we met; so here we are, and we couldn’t be happier.”
