The National Christian College Athletic Association Youth Sports Clinic is returning to Palm Coast on Saturday, March 28, 2026, offering local children a free day of instruction across six sports led by professional coaches and collegiate student-athletes.
The clinic, hosted in partnership with the NCCAA, will feature sessions in soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, and golf. Participants will rotate through skill-building stations focused on fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship in what organizers describe as a fun and encouraging atmosphere designed to build confidence both on and off the field.
The event is open to children ages 6 through 16 of all skill levels, whether they are trying a sport for the first time or looking to sharpen their abilities ahead of the coming season. The clinic is entirely free of charge, removing financial barriers so every child has the opportunity to participate.
Baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, and volleyball clinics will take place at James F. Holland Memorial Park, located at 18 Florida Park Drive in Palm Coast. The golf clinic will be held separately at Palm Harbor Golf Club, located at 20 Palm Harbor Drive in Palm Coast. Golf participation is limited to the first 30 registrants, while all other sports are limited to a combined 140 registrants. Each participant should bring their own sports equipment if available, along with a water bottle.
“This clinic is more than just a day of sports,” said Palm Coast Parks and Recreation Deputy Director Brittany McDermott. “It is an opportunity for our youth to learn from collegiate athletes, build confidence, and experience the joy of teamwork in a safe and supportive setting.”
The NCCAA includes 102 member institutions across the United States and is dedicated to using athletic competition as a component of education, evangelism, and encouragement. Beyond competition, NCCAA student-athletes are involved in outreach efforts in communities across the country and around the world, bringing athletic expertise along with mentorship and positive role modeling to every clinic they host.
Registration is now open at parksandrec.fun, and early sign-up is strongly encouraged to secure a spot in this free community event.
