Flagler County and its Board of County Commissioners are asking residents to share their opinions through the launch of the second Flagler County Community Survey.
Randomly selected households will receive mailed survey invitations over the next few weeks. Residents who do not receive the survey by mail will still have the opportunity to participate through an online survey that will be available soon. Those interested can register at Polco – Signup to be notified when the community-wide online survey option becomes available.
“It will only take a few minutes to complete this survey which will help us align our planning initiatives with residents’ top priorities,” said County Administrator Heidi Petito. “This survey is brief, confidential, and will play a pivotal role in crafting policies, enhancing services, and effectively addressing community needs. These include county public safety, growth management, public libraries, economic vitality, and more.”
The survey gathers opinions on the economy, mobility, community design, utilities, safety, natural environment, inclusivity, engagement, and other elements of overall livability in Flagler County. The results will show the county’s strengths, areas needing improvement, and what matters most to residents.
The Board of County Commissioners uses resident feedback to shape strategic planning efforts and establish priorities for the coming months and years. The data gathered will help officials craft policies, enhance services, and address community needs.
Residents with questions about the survey can call the Flagler County Administrative Office at 386-313-4001.
