The City of Palm Coast is rolling out a new way for residents to speak directly with the person running day-to-day city operations. City Manager Mike McGlothlin is hosting a monthly series called “Coffee and Conversations with your City Manager,” designed to give residents a casual, face-to-face opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and talk about the issues that matter most to them.
The events will take place at rotating local businesses throughout Palm Coast, with each session beginning at 9 a.m. The first gathering is scheduled for March 6, 2026, at Panera Bread, located at 5880 State Route 100 in Palm Coast. The series continues on April 10 at The Copper Lotus at 21 Hospital Drive, Unit 210, followed by May 8 at Jacked Up Bean at 222 St. Joe Plaza Drive, June 12 at Loopers at 100 Cooper Lane, and July 10 at Redefined Food Co. inside the Southern Recreation Center.
“I hope residents will come out and join me for some good coffee and conversation,” said City Manager Mike McGlothlin. “I’m looking forward to hearing from residents, answering questions, and getting to know people a little better. I also want to thank the local businesses who’ve stepped up to host these events. Their support really shows how much of a community effort this is.”
The events are free and open to the public, though registration is required so staff can plan for attendance. Coffee will be provided by the host restaurant on a first-come, first-served basis. Event details and registration are available at www.parksandrec.fun.
