The classes target adults 55 and older and include cardio, strength training, stretching, core work, and balance exercises. Jocelyn Daley, who has 40 years of experience in adult fitness, will lead the sessions.

Classes cost $5 or are covered by most insurance plans. Participants should bring light hand weights, a resistance band, a mat, and water.

“This program is about making it easy and enjoyable for active seniors to stay healthy and connected,” said Artie Gardella, founder of Synergy Senior Fitness.
