Before joining Chiumento Law, Ms. Wearsch served as a Trust Officer at Ohio’s largest independent trust company, managing an extensive portfolio that included:

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University in 2009, followed by a Juris Doctor cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where she obtained a Certificate in Estate Planning. Furthering her expertise, she completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at NYU School of Law in 2014, solidifying her advanced knowledge of tax law.

Originally from Northeast Ohio, Ms. Wearsch has lived in Manhattan and Los Angeles, gaining invaluable experience in diverse legal markets. Seeking a community that balances professional opportunity with a close-knit atmosphere, she has chosen to make Palm Coast and Flagler County her home, where she resides with her boyfriend and their Aussiedoodle puppy.
