Flagler County Tax Collector Candidate Shelly Edmonson Has Record First 30 Days in Race for Tax Collector

Bunnell – Shelly Edmonson has set a series of record achievements as a new candidate in her first 30 days in the race for Flagler County Tax Collector. Almost 1,000 residents signed petitions officially  qualifying her to be on the ballot as a candidate for Tax Collector, she now has $30,000 in her campaign bank account, and she has
received strong endorsements from key leaders such as former Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Gail Wadsworth and current Tax Collector Suzanne Johnston. “I am humbled and grateful for the strong support and high level of enthusiasm. My message of exceptional customer service and continued cost savings and efficiency to best serve citizens is clearly connecting with the community,” stated Ms. Edmonson.

“Having served four terms as the Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, I know what it takes to be a successful and effective constitutional officer. You must have the right vision, proven leadership ability, and character to excel in a constitutional office. Shelly Edmonson has all these and so much more,” stated Gail Wadsworth, retired Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. “Shelly Edmonson has a winning combination of experience, integrity, and successful leadership. She’s a highly effective leader in our office and I credit her with enabling our team to achieve so much success. She’s been selected by her professional peers to serve in statewide leadership positions.
