The City of Palm Coast is inviting residents to participate in its latest Keep PC Clean event on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 8 a.m. to noon.
Volunteers will meet at the Public Works Department at 1 Wellfield Grade, just off US-1, to gather necessary supplies before heading out to cleanup locations. The city has designated several roadways as focus areas for the event, including Palm Coast Parkway, Belle Terre Parkway, and Belle Terre Boulevard. Participants may also choose their own areas for cleanup. Volunteers must provide their own transportation to designated cleanup areas.
The previous Keep PC Clean event drew more than 30 volunteers who collected over 750 pounds of waste throughout the city.
Alyssa Roscoe, Residential Solid Waste Collections Supervisor, spoke about the program’s success. “Our Keep PC Clean events over the past few years have seen tremendous growth and it’s great to see our community coming together to make strides in keeping our city waste-free,” Roscoe said. “We enjoy a great quality of life here in our city and Keep PC Clean is a mission that really looks to uphold that standard for years to come.”
The event will begin with a briefing and introduction from 8 to 8:30 a.m., during which volunteers will receive their location assignments. On-site cleanup will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. A closing ceremony celebrating the day’s accomplishments will be held back at Public Works at 11:30 a.m.
The City of Palm Coast will provide litter-ready gloves, eco-friendly trash bags, refreshments, and necessary safety measures. Participation is free. Every volunteer will receive a Certificate of Completion and be recognized as a “Litter-Free Ambassador” for their contributions to the community.
Students seeking volunteer hours may earn them through participation in this event.
