Booth is being held on no bond at the Macon County Detention Center pending his extradition to Flagler County, Florida, to be held accountable for his crimes of sexual battery on a person less than 12 years of age.

“We thank the Macon County Sheriff’s Office for arresting and holding him in custody as we bring him back to Florida,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “This pervert played games delaying his extradition and got a few extra days of freedom, but justice is coming!”
