Prosperity 2035 vision will guide city decisions through the next decade

City officials are calling on residents, business owners, and community leaders to attend the final public meeting for Prosperity 2035, a plan designed to shape Palm Coast’s economic future over the next ten years.

The session is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center, located at 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE. The event is free and open to all members of the public.

The Northeast Florida Regional Council has led the community engagement process for the plan. At the January meeting, attendees will hear a summary of the main themes, priorities, and feedback collected from residents and stakeholders throughout the planning process. Community members will also have a final chance to share their thoughts before the plan is completed.

For those who cannot attend the meeting, the Prosperity 2035 Community Survey will remain open through January 15. The survey allows residents to submit their priorities and opinions online. It can be accessed at https://www.menti.com/alczumkgrbdq.

Once the engagement process concludes, officials will present the final Prosperity 2035 results and recommendations to the Palm Coast City Council in April 2026. The plan will then help guide future economic development decisions and projects throughout the city.

According to city officials, the Prosperity 2035 initiative aims to strengthen Palm Coast’s economy while maintaining the quality of life that attracts people to live, work, and operate businesses in the area.
