With 2025 coming to a close, many in the political realm are ramping up their campaigns to run for office in the 2026 Election, even in Flagler County. Local elections include seats on the school board, Palm Coast City Council, Flagler County Board of Commissioners, and Flagler Beach City Commission. Flagler County will also be voting on the Federal House of Representatives District 6 seat. Below you will find the current list of candidates, links to their official page on the local Flagler County Supervisor of Elections site, and the Florida Division of Elections site, where their contribution list and other valuable information are accessible in one location. These lists are expected to grow as the 2026 election draws closer.

Each Candidate’s name has been linked to their profile page on the respective government site, where campaign contributions, distributions, and other official campaign documents and requirements can be found. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change significantly over time. We will be providing updated information on candidates as they file and build their campaigns. It is always recommended that voters get their information straight from the sources at the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections website or at the Florida Division of Elections Website.

Flagler County:

Flagler County Commissioner District Two currently contains two candidates: Theresa Carli Pontieri and Raymond Ralph Royer. Links are provided to each candidate’s page, where contributions, expenditures, and other necessary information can be found.

Flagler County Commissioner District Four currently only lists the incumbent, Bonnie Leann Pennington, as running in the 2026 election.

Flagler County School Board District Four currently has two candidates filed to run, incumbent Christy Marie Chong and Ronald William Long II.

Palm Coast City Council District Two Seat currently has two candidates filed to run, neither of whom is the incumbent. Antonio Amaral Jr and Jeanie Whitemoon Duarte.

Palm Coast City Council District Three’s Seat has former City Council Member Ray Stevens listed as running for the seat he previously held.

Palm Coast City Council District Four’s Seat shows two candidates, as filed to run, Dylana Justine Galery and Darlene Lynn Shelley.

Flagler Beach City Commissioner currently has three candidates in the running: Rick Belhumeur, Ralph John Santore III, and Scott W. Spradley.

Federal House of Representatives District 6 Seat currently shows a lengthy list of candidates: 5 Republican candidates, 2 Democratic candidates, 1 Non-Partisan candidate, 1 Libertarian candidate, 1 Write-In candidate, and 1 MGT or MGTOW party candidate. The Republican candidates currently listed as running are: Aaron Baker, Alexandra Van Cleef, Will Furry, Charles Gambaro, and Joshua A. Vasquez.  The Democratic Candidates are Ronnie “Ron” Murchinson-Rivera and Eric Yonce. The remaining minority party candidates that are listed as running can be found here: Purvi Dilip Bangdiwala, Amr Metwally, and Andrew Parrott.
