Flagler County to receive third resiliency grant from FDEP for local, regional vulnerability assessments

February 16, 2023 – Flagler County has successfully applied for – and been awarded – its third Resilient Florida planning grant from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to complete and coordinate countywide and regional vulnerability assessments. These assessments will eventually weave into the state’s initiative to bolster the Statewide Flooding and Sea Level Rise Resilience Plan, which proposes funding for the highest ranked resilience and adaptation projects. October 28, 2022 – Palm Coast for the second year running hosted a Capital Improvements Projects (CIP) Summit Friday morning for Flagler County and all municipal partners to discuss their projects planned for the next five years.
