Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies made 19 arrests this past weekend between 6 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025, and 6 a.m. on Monday, April 07, 2025. Deputies handled 860 calls for service and made 215 traffic stops.
Driver Arrested for DUI After Crash
On Friday, deputies responded to a traffic crash at the intersection of Kankakee Trail and U.S.1 in Palm Coast. Upon arrival, they located Cham Bezwiechin, 52, of Palm Coast, inside his vehicle. During the investigation, deputies determined that Bezwiechin had crashed his vehicle into a guardrail while under the influence.
Bezwiechin was arrested for Driving Under the Influence-Damage to Property or Person of Another and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he is being held on a $1,000 bond.

Driver Arrested for DUI
After conducting a traffic stop Saturday night at Belle Terre Parkway and Rymfire Drive in Palm Coast, deputies arrested Sean Telfer, 37, of Palm Coast, for Driving Under the Influence. He was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he was later released on a $1,000 bond.
9-1-1 Call Leads to DUI Arrest
Deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call regarding a vehicle that had crashed into a residential home on Forge Lane in Palm Coast. Upon arrival, they found Devin Mullinax, 30, of Palm Coast, in the driver’s seat with an open alcoholic beverage on the floorboard and multiple unopened alcoholic beverages scattered throughout the vehicle. Mullinax was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he was later released on a $2,500 bond.

Traffic Stop Leads to DUI Arrest
After conducting a traffic stop on North Ocean Shore Blvd. Sunday afternoon, deputies arrested Troy Webb, 27, of Palm Coast, for Driving Under the Influence. He was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later released on a $1,000 bond.
April is Alcohol Awareness Month and Sheriff Rick Staly wants to remind residents not to drink and drive.

“These drunks put themselves and other drivers at risk,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “Deputy Harmon and I just released a Facebook Reel about impaired driving. They either didn’t watch it or heed the warning. There is no excuse for drinking and driving. If you drive while under the influence, our deputies will catch you and show you some new bars at the prohibition dry Green Roof Inn.”
