The City of Palm Coast will close Emerald Lane at house number 10 on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Crews will be on-site to repair and replace the roadway over a previously completed underground stormwater infrastructure project. Completing this work is critical to maintaining proper drainage and preventing future flooding or water‑related issues that can affect nearby homes and roadways.

During this time, traffic will be detoured to Emerson Drive. Signs will be posted to guide drivers and pedestrians safely around the closure.

The City of Palm Coast will close Edgemont Lane at house number 8 from Monday, August 24, 2026, to Friday August 28, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. This project will include overnight closures on both Tuesday and Wednesday.

Crews with a Palm Coast sub-contractor will be on-site to repair underground stormwater infrastructure. This work is essential to ensure proper drainage in the area and to help prevent flooding or other water-related issues that could affect nearby homes and roadways.

During this time, traffic will be detoured to Edgewater Drive. Signs will be posted to guide drivers and pedestrians safely around the closure. During the overnight closures, the sub-contractor tells the City it will have additional measures implemented to enhance visibility and reflectivity at the job site.

Residents are encouraged to use alternate routes to minimize delays and help maintain a safe environment for workers and the community. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to enhance the city’s infrastructure.
