Michael D. Chiumento III, Managing Partner of Chiumento Law, has been named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite NOTABLE Managing Partners list, the firm announced on July 8, 2026.
The list recognizes managing partners across Florida who show strong leadership within their firms, professional excellence in their practice areas, and meaningful contributions to their communities.
Chiumento, who is both a civil engineer and an attorney, leads the Palm Coast-based firm while focusing his practice on real estate, land use, zoning, and development law. He advises clients on complex transactions, permitting matters, and growth strategies for residential and commercial projects.

Beyond his legal work, Chiumento founded Chiumento CARES, a nonprofit initiative that supports homeless students and families in Flagler County. He also provides pro bono legal counsel to local organizations, including the Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber and the Ormond Beach Chamber.
