As local elections heat up here in Flagler County, specifically Palm Coast, tensions are high not just between candidates but with residents as well. Many residents question candidates as to where their money has come from, with concerns about where loyalties may lay after the election. Read below to find out about the local races, who is running against who, and where their donation money came from.

 

Currently, Kim Carney is running against a write-in option, Jose Rodrigez Fabiani, for the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners District 3 after beating out Bill Clark and Nicholas Klufas in the August Primary election. In the race for Palm Coast Mayor, Mike Norris is running against Cornelia Manfre. Both Manfre and Norris have advanced to the General Election after beating out Peter Johnson, Alan Lowe, and Incumbent David Alfn. In the race for Palm Coast Council District 3, which is open to all voters in city limits, you have Ray Stevens running against Andrew Werner. In the race for Palm Coast Council District 1, which again is open to all voters inside Palm Coast City limits, you have Jeffery Seib running against Ty Miller. Both Miller and Seib have advanced to the General Election after beating out Shara Brodsky and Kathy Austrino in the August Primary election.
