On Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, at noon, the local Amvets Post 113 in Bunnell, Florida, held a short ceremony to honor the fallen and their families in a heartfelt ceremony. Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly and multiple deputies were in attendance, as well as Bunnell Police officers. Following the Ceremony, Rick Staly spoke about 9/11 and thanked the Amvet members for everything they do for the local community.

Amvet members had worked tirelessly to prepare a meal for those in attendance, offering all of the first responders in attendance a free meal to thank them for their continued service to the local community.
