Palm Coast City Council member Theresa Carli-Pontieri has proposed an infill lot Building Moratorium in Palm Coast. The Palm Coast City Council will be considering the proposal at the next meeting on Tuesday, January 16 at the 9 a.m. meeting.
Palm Coast Flagler Regional Chamber President Greg Blose recently sent out an email urging chamber members to attend the meeting in opposition to the moratorium.
“Unfortunately, this will be the second time in as many years that the business community has to speak out in opposition of a building moratorium proposal from elected members of the Palm Coast City Council,” Blose stated.
Regardless of your stance on the matter, residents should attend the City Council meetings to voice your concerns.
