Waterfront Park is currently under construction and progress is steadily moving along as contractors install a concrete boat access ramp and a floating dock launch pad.
Eric Gebo, the Stormwater and Engineering Architect for the City of Palm Coast gave a short update on the project. He explained the changes of the site, and the upcoming phase. Currently the concrete ramp and floating dock are being installed. The coquina revetment, which protects the shoreline, has already been finished. Next phase will be the completion of the sidewalk and landscaping.
The project is currently on time to be completed in mid-August of 2023. The shell path is still accessible during the construction.
