Abandoned Dogs Found By SMART Foundation: Happy Ending in Progress

Image 5 scaled

Earlier this year, two dogs were abandoned overnight near SR-100 and the Hospital. Due to the heavy traffic in the area, it was a dangerous place. Two individuals found the dogs, and SMART was able to prove the two dogs were from the same family, as evidenced by their happy reunion the next morning.

They were both vetted completely and placed with a foster family. When Caroline Johnson of Founder of SMART, attended a BOSS Ladies Monthly Network meeting with the dogs, the female dog was adopted by BOSS Ladies Founder Anna’s  Daughter, Stefanie. Stefanie renamed the female dog Daisy and has been fully welcomed into her new forever home.

The male dog is still up for adoption, and if you are interested contact Caroline at caroline@smartflagler.com
