November 29, 2022 – Flagler County Code Enforcement Officer Scott Simon achieved the highest certification level in the State of Florida.   November 26th was the official Tree Lighting Ceremony by the City of Palm Coast. Crowds of people gathered to witness the large tree light up with Santa and Vice Mayor Eddie Barnquinho at the switch. Sheriff Staly attended the event and visited with residents as the were gathered around awaiting the official lighting. He was even spotted at the FCSO light display.
